This development consisted of 24 apartments constructed on the former pumping station and adjoining pipeline reservation area at Londonbridge Road, Dublin 4. The development involved the demolition of some of the derelict structures and the retention and refurbishment of the existing 25 metre high industrial brick chimney and pump house. The project also included the construction of two new three storey buildings.

This project involved extensive brick and stone conservation, restoration and reconstruction, which was completed by a specialist contractor, to return the protected stone building and brick chimney to their original condition. Three of the 24 apartments were fitted out with occupational therapy equipment for use by persons with special needs under the supervision of the HSE.
