This project involved the construction of 38 senior citizen apartments in two blocks surrounding a courtyard. Each block is 2 storeys high and included a community centre and one house. The construction used block, brick and plaster finishes. All internal finishes were also completed as part of this project.

The site development works included landscaping of the courtyard, drainage, entrance gates and fencing, ramps and garden walls. The apartments have centralised heating, power, water and nurses call. Solar panels were also installed and all apartments were completed to meet air tightness standards of 3m3/h/m2 @ 50Pa.
