Contracts Manager

 

The duties and responsibilities of the successful candidate will include:

 

  • Manage a number of construction sites for Townlink Construction Ltd.
  • Put resources in place to carry out construction work on designated sites
  • Source and develop key site staff
  • Manage the appointment process for sub-contractors
  • Represent the company at site meetings and other meetings with the design team and client
  • Ensure the programme is complied with and jobs are finished on time and within cost targets
  • Get certificate of practical completion, deal with snags and obtain final payment
  • Manage and develop relationships with clients and architects to ensure repeat contracts
  • Maintain responsibility for cost performances on jobs
  • Manage BCAR regulations on sites
  • Manage the implementation of QEHS policies on sites
  • Manage QS, Site manager and other key reports.

 

The Ideal Candidate will:

  • Have relevant qualifications and memberships
  • Have worked in a Contracts Management capacity for another main contractor
  • Have Senior Management experience
  • Have experience managing a wide variety of stakeholders
