Adelaide and Meath Hospital Canteen and Kitchen Reinstatement

The kitchen reinstatement involved the partial demolition, rebuild and fit out of the commercial kitchen following extensive fire damage. The dining hall construction involved the rebuilding of the dining hall to reinstate catering services for staff and visitors. The dining hall finishes included repairs to existing brickwork, plastering to new walls, reroofing the building, and finishing the server area with plexwood. New dining room furniture was fitted, and a coffee dock completed, including the installation of all furniture and equipment.
