This project involves the construction of a steel framed building comprising of 5 floors above basement. The building is an extension on to the existing Research and Engineering building. The structure of the building is steel frame with concrete metal deck floors and roof, with infill blockwork and the external leafs comprise of techrete panels, curtain walling, rendered blockwork and aluminium cladding.
