This project involved the stripping out of the existing finishes within the store area and its subsequent refurbishment. Structural works comprised of strengthening the ground floor and some remedial works to include fire proofing in the basement area, and remedial works to the roof. Works could then commence on the formation of a new fashionable café in keeping with the current area. All completion works including wall and floor finishes, mechanical and electrical installation works, fixtures and fittings, alterations to the toilet facilities on 1st floor and the refurbishment and redecoration of the buildings façade were completed to a high specification finish as was required by the client.
