Guinness Storehouse Brewing Floor

This project involved the remodelling of the first floor to form a new brewing exhibition space. New structural steel portal frames had to be incorporated. Alteration and opening of existing copper nitrogen tank and significant new acoustic measures had to be installed. No welding or fixing to the existing original steelwork was allowed due to the conservation order on the building. Audio visual installations and lighting upgrades were installed throughout. The project was completed in a live and complex environment.

This project won Fit Out Project of the Year (Tourism and Leisure) at the 2018 Fit Out Awards.
