Kildare Primary Care Centre Development

This project involved the construction of a new 3 storey Primary Care Centre for Kildare Town. The new building consists of a pharmacy and a new unit for the local General Practitioners on approximately half the ground floor. The remainder of the building is occupied by the HSE. The construction works involved a cut and fill excavation in order to convert the sloping site into 4 no. distinct levels. The main building is situated on the upper tier closest to the road. The lower 3 no. tiers consist of car parks and an independent energy centre building consisting of a sub- station, switchroom, plant room and various stores. This project was completed within a tight programme of 52 weeks.
