Rosemount Court Dundrum Dublin 14 Housing Development

This project comprises the development of 44 housing units and all supporting infrastructure within the existing live Rosemount Court Estate Dundrum.

Built in close proximity to existing dwellings on a brown field site previously occupied by multi-storey flats, these new high quality dwellings comprise of 32 family homes and 12 apartments :

It provides for high quality much needed residential housing for this popular area of Dublin 14.

The development, which achieves 50 units per hectare, is set around a shared community green, promotes a high degree of passive surveillance of the public areas and provides a secure sense of place and community for the residents.
