The building consists of 3,200 sq. m. of usable space taking in gallery space, art rooms and studios, Tallaght FM, theatre space, music rooms, performance area, dance rehearsal studios, multi-media rooms, offices and a café.
The building was constructed using a concrete frame, part fair faced, with aluminium windows. the building is constructed using an in-situ concrete frame. The south elevation involved the use of aluminium curtain walling with the north, east and west elevation finished with an insulated render system from Weber.
