The project involved the refurbishment of the ICU unit including strip out of some walls and the creation of new isolation wards, offices and stores. The project involved supplying services to all bed locations, three disabled WC’s were installed with wheelchair friendly shower enclosures, and a new stainless steel kitchen was fitted. These works were carried out in a live hospital environment.
