This project consists of the construction of 47 residential units, a live work unit and a community room in 4 blocks varying in height from 3 to 7 storeys. A basement carpark, service rooms and storage is included in this development. The project included all ground works, concrete structure, brickwork, extensive hardwood joinery, mechanical and electrical installations, plastering, finishes and fitted furniture. Extensive landscaping was completed to form paved areas and a large number raised planters.
