This project involved the construction of a new residential development of circa 35,000 sq. ft comprising Block A apartments and Blocks B1 and B2 Townhouses, including all associated site works, drainage and all site services. Block A comprises six no. 2 bed apartments over 2 stories and two no. 4 bed duplex apartments over two stories all built over a basement carpark. Blocks B1 and B2 comprise a total of eight no. 3 bed townhouses built over 3 levels. Strict air tightness testing was conducted during the project on all units. Air permeability was not allowed exceed 4m3/h/m2@50 Pa.
