Quality & Compliance Administrator

Construction Management

An office administrator is required to provide administrative support to the Quality & Compliance Department.  This role is instrumental in ensuring that the documentation and information needs of the company are managed, updated, and maintained, across a number of systems, ensuring a high standard is upheld within the company, across our various systems.

Duties will include:

  • Assist with project handover documentation submissions, including safety files, Operations & Maintenance files, and BC(A)R document filing.
  • Document Control and maintenance of our Integrated Management System for various standards, including ISO 9001, 14001, 45001, 19650, and 13028.
  • Assist with the maintenance of information databases and scheduling of routine internal audits.
  • Assistance with the implementation and maintenance of appropriate systems and internal controls.
  • Provide support during audits.
  • Assist in the further development of organisational Document Control policies and procedures across all systems.
  • Support initiatives for continuous improvement.
  • Other ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements:

  • Excellent computer skills are a must.  The ability to adapt to new software and construction applications is necessary.
  • Experience working in a busy, deadline-driven working environment is essential as the role can demand the ability to handle multiple submissions simultaneously.
  • Experience in using databases spreadsheets and the internet for reporting purposes.
  • Experience in creating professional documentation to a very high standard with a particular focus on accuracy, reflecting company standards.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times and to develop good working relationships across all company departments
  • Experience within the Construction industry is desirable.
  • Strong admin experience is essential.
  • Experience with Common data environments is an advantage.
  • This role is office based.
