92-93 St. Stephen's Green Hotel

We’re delighted to have officially signed contracts this week for the development of a new landmark hotel on St. Stephen’s Green.
This transformative project will see the construction of a six-storey, 131-bedroom hotel over a single-level basement to the rear of the site, along with the refurbishment of 92 St. Stephen’s Green to accommodate five residential apartments and the conversion of 93 St. Stephen’s Green from office use to hotel accommodation.

This exciting development will breathe new life into the south side of St. Stephen’s Green, and we’re proud to be part of its future.
