We are delighted to have been appointed by Louth County Council to construct their new Civic Offices in Drogheda. The new building combined with the refurbishment of the former council chamber historic buildings is a very prestigious project and will bring new life to the Fair Street area. We are looking forward to working with LCC and the entire design team BDP multidisciplinary, Aecom, Alastair Coey Architect, JGA, DCON & OHAC to realise what will be a fantastic project

Works are progressing well on our site at University Hospital Galway. We are currently working on providing a new CT room for UHG, including the installation of some revolutionary breakthrough CT technology from GE Healthcare. This will be a great asset to the hospital.

Townlink are delighted to have worked with GE Healthcare in the coordination of the new MRI scanner, delivered to St. Luke’s Hospital, Kilkenny. A milestone for the hospital!

As we close out on the delivery of this warehouse unit A6 in North City Business Park, we are delighted to be commencing another unit of the same size, unit A5 on the adjacent site for Rohan Holdings.

We are delighted to have received PC on phase 2 of Kildare Primary Care Centre. The extension is over four floors and incorporates additional consultation rooms, audiology rooms, medical services, a café & ancillary works and will enable the HSE to provide valuable additional services for the area.

We are delighted to commence the construction of a new warehouse facility at North City Business Park which will be occupied by a leading Life Science company for the storage and distribution of products required in the treatment of Covid-19.

We are delighted to have achieved the milestone of Practical Completion on our Tallaght daycare unit for TUH with our partners IRES & GE Medical. This was a design & build project led by Townlink extending to 4,200 msq, next up- equipment install with first patients expected towards the end of the year.
