Great progress at Constitution Hill! We have officially broken ground on Phase 1 of this vital regeneration project alongside Dublin City Council.

It was a privilege to have the Lord Mayor of Dublin, Councillor Ray McAdam, on-site to turn the first sod. Townlink Construction Limited is incredibly proud to be delivering 46 new social homes, a comprehensive deep retrofit of existing blocks, and a brand-new community facility for the north inner city.

With completion set for Summer 2027, we are looking forward to working with the Integrated Design Team, led by Grafton Architects, to build a brighter, more sustainable future for the residents.
