Home to Rosemount Court for Christmas

We are delighted to announce the completion of 44 new homes at Rosemount Court, Dundrum, Dublin 14, which have been funded by the Department of Housing, Planning and Local Government through Rebuilding Ireland.

This housing scheme was jointly opened on Friday 7th December, by An Cathaoirleach, Cllr Ossian Smyth, and Eoghan Murphy, TD, Minister for Housing, Planning and Local Government.

Built in close proximity to existing dwellings on a brown field site previously occupied by multi-storey flats, these new high quality dwellings comprise of 34 family homes and 12 apartments :

  • 12 no. 1 Bed Apartments
  • 4 no. 2 Bed 2 Storey Units
  • 27 no. 3 Bed 3 Storey Units
  • 1 no. 4 Bed 2 Storey Unit

It provides for high quality much needed residential housing for this popular area of Dublin 14.

The development, which achieves 50 units per hectare, is set around a shared community green, promotes a high degree of passive surveillance of the public areas and provides a secure sense of place and community for the residents.

All homes are built to high environmental standards in keeping with our ethos of providing bright, spacious, comfortable accommodation, with low running costs.

Townlink wishes to acknowledge the co-operation of local residents and would like to take this opportunity to thank them for their patience whilst this project was being constructed.
