Site Manager – Finishing

Join Townlink Construction, a respected and progressive company delivering high-quality projects across Ireland. We are seeking an experienced Site Manager (Finishing) to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

As Finishing Site Manager, you will play a key role in the final stages of our construction projects. You will be responsible for overseeing all internal fit-out and finishing works, ensuring that every project is delivered to the highest standards of quality and craftsmanship that Townlink is known for. You will lead the transition from structural completion to client handover.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate all finishing trades, including partitions, ceilings, joinery, flooring, and decorating.

• Develop and maintain detailed finishing schedules to ensure the timely delivery of the final project stages.

• Implement rigorous quality control procedures, conducting regular inspections and managing the “snagging” process to zero-defect completion.

• Ensure strict compliance with Health, Safety, and Environmental standards on-site at all times.

• Liaise closely with the Project Manager, design teams, and subcontractors to resolve technical issues swiftly.

• Manage the handover process, ensuring all O&M manuals and certifications are prepared for the client.

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in a Site Management role, specifically focused on high-end finishes or fit-outs.

• Trade background or a relevant degree in Construction Management or Engineering.

• Exceptional eye for detail and a “right first time” approach to quality management.

• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to drive subcontractors to meet tight deadlines.

• Proficiency in IT and construction management software.
