We’ve now commenced works on the Donore Avenue Youth and Community Centre for Dublin City Council.
Following a fire in 2021, this project is about far more than repairing a structure. It’s about restoring a space that plays a vital role in the daily life of the local community—ensuring it returns stronger, safer, and ready for the future.

This week, the Townlink Construction team gathered to celebrate a major milestone: 35 years of building excellence across Ireland.
Since 1991, our success has been driven by the dedication of our people and the trust of our clients. As we reflect on three decades of growth across the commercial, residential, and restoration sectors, we look forward to many more years of delivering high-quality projects.

We are thrilled to share the recent completion of the St. Finbar’s Court project, a landmark scheme developed by Dublin City Council to provide housing for older people. This achievement reflects the dedication and expertise of the design team working in collaboration with Townlink. A huge thank you to everyone involved.

We are pleased to report significant progress on the 131-bed hotel and apartment development at St. Stephen’s Green. The installation of the pre-cast frame and bathroom pods is now underway. Proud to Support St. Francis Hospice as Our Charity Partner for 2025/2026
We recently had the privilege of visiting St. Francis Hospice, Blanchardstown, where we were warmly welcomed by Eimear Kellett (Partnerships & Philanthropy Manager) and Corinna Henry. The visit was both inspiring and educational.
We gained valuable insights into the incredible work carried out by the Hospice, including:
* Palliative care in the community
* Outpatient day services
* In-patient care
* Palliative rehabilitation
* Bereavement support
A highlight was learning about the Outpatient and Day Service (OPDS), which opened in May 2022. This service offers personalised, compassionate care tailored to each patient’s needs, helping them maintain independence and quality of life through individual and group-based care plans and specialised rehabilitation.
We also heard about exciting future expansion plans to meet the needs of a growing community—and discussed how Townlink can play a role in raising awareness and funds to support this vital work.
Tight site, no problem – let’s find the right solution. Great progress on our St. Stephen’s Green hotel project. Piling, capping beam, and ground force propping are complete. Behind the Georgian façade, 3,000 cubic meters of bulk excavation is progressing very well, aided by the unique Geko Innovations skip.

We completed a major crane lift over the weekend, successfully positioning a piling rig into the rear of the building.
